I first had a phone interview which gave more information about the position and the company. Then moved onto a virtual interview which was your typical interview experience where they asked a lot about how my previous experience related to that position.

Contacted by recruiter for phone screen which consisted of walking through my background, discussions on salary expectations, and information about the territory. Next interview was with hiring manager via Teams. Next was an in person interview with the hiring manager and their direct boss. Finally I had a brief introduction call with the program director. Very light and informal.
