There are two interviews, one with talent acquisition (on the phone) and one with the hiring manager (on site). Talent acquisition emails you asking to set up a time and day, then they call you at the agreed upon time. They then pass your information over to the hiring manager if you made it past them, and someone then reaches out to schedule the in person interview.

Online Application: Candidates submit their resumes and cover letters
2. Initial Screening
Recruiter Phone Call: If your application is shortlisted, a recruiter may reach out for a brief phone interview to discuss your background, experience, and motivation for applying. This is often a preliminary screening to gauge your fit for the role.
3. Technical Interview
Interview with Hiring Manager: This interview typically focuses on your technical skills and experiences relevant to the position. You may be asked to discuss your previous projects, specific methodologies you have used, and how they relate to the role you’re applying for.
Behavioral Questions: Expect questions that explore how you work in teams, handle challenges, and adapt to change, often framed in the STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result).

Multiple interviews. The first interview I had was a phone screen to see if I would be a good fit for the next round of interviews which was with some of on site managers to help a candidate learn the everyday of the lab. The final interview was with the head of the lab for more of a formality and what the company is about and what they look for
