Received an introductory phone call from one of the recruiters at SynergisticIT. Gave me a basic run down of what they do, the training that they provide, and how you'll be placed after the training. Overall, the recruiter was nice although a bit hard to understand and very persistent after I showed a lack of interest. Sounded pretty interesting though since their training program is located in the Bay Area and they try to place you in various companies around the Bay Area. The only issue is the training cost, $25k is a steep fee to pay for training. I've interviewed with other companies that follow a similar business model as SynergisticIT but none of those require you to pay for training, instead those companies pay YOU while you're in training.

I talked with the recruiter a couple of times and scheduled an interview, but when the recruiter found out I was also looking at other jobs, he got weird and cancelled everything saying to call back when I wasnt actively looking for a job...

First interview was to introduce company. Second interview was to try to get me to come on board for training. Refused but felt a little pressured into trying to joining company. Did my research on company and I didn't like the reviews.
