Interview process was pretty simple. Had a phone call with someone from HR who pushed me through to a technical interview which was conducted over zoom. Answered some technical questions everything went well, was told they had more interviews to conduct and would reach out to me once they had finished the rest of the interviews. The reason I had a negative experience is because I had to take a drug test twice and both times I was told the tamper proof seals were messed with or something they were very vague about it. But after 3-4 weeks of getting the run around I was basically told we can't hire you because we do not drug test a 3rd time. I know for a fact I am 100% clean and I do not use drugs so this was very disappointing and unfair to me as it was of no fault of my own. I had many other job offers that I put on hold because Synergistix gave me an official offer and they were my top pick. Only to be let down in the end due to errors that had nothing to do with me.
