Process was thorough, the company conducted a phone screen, F2F meeting with recruiting, then F2F with leadership and technical team. They were very professional and interested in making sure they did a good job of listening to my questions.

Initial contact made via email. Met an account manager over lunch. Very pleasant and informal conversation, with both parties exchanging questions and detailed answers. Follow up call with company president where company vision was explained in depth. I requested a conversation with one of the company consultants to learn more about project/engagement structure and have an "insider's take". Approximately two weeks later, an offer was extended contingent upon acceptance by client.
