Sensible, relevant, fair. Care and thought went into planning the process. Being given the questions ahead of time allows you to showcase how you approach and solve problems. Interviews were relaxed and conversational with enough time to get a sense of the company culture. Technical interviews focused on describing past projects and experience.

Very professional and organized throughout the entire process, everything went smoothly from start to finish. There were three distinct interview stages, and then the final job offer was going to be provided to candidates.
