Colloquio
1st round: a recruiter reached out to me and discussed about the role.
2nd round: I was supposed to be interviewed by 3 people(Architect, global platform architect, and lead data engineer); however, only the lead architect showed up during the interview.
Nothing technical asked. Most of the interview questions were more of a technical discussions around various topics from AWS to managing scrum teams, etc.
I am still waiting for the feedback from the HR/Recruiting team.

How do you convince the higher management to add a new feature of revamping the existing infrastructure, etc.
