Applied online. Got contacted by HR who made a brief telephone interview for about 20 min. I was then forwarded to one stor close to where I live where I attended a second interview but with the store manager. The interview with the HR was very easy and professional, but I felt very awkward with the store manager, as she didn't ask about my experience or what I could contribute. It was more of a "get to know me" interview.
