There were one-one rounds also to discuss about Synthego. Coding challenge was bit confusing but interviewer helps you in the process.

Colloquio
The flow went: recruiter screen -> engineer phone screen -> phone call with a recruiter to discuss the programming challenge -> scheduled coding challenge -> onsite -> offer the following day. Had a little bit of miscommunication with the recruiter and the senior HR person who made the offer -- both of them called way earlier than the scheduled time and that kinda threw me off. But everyone was super nice and sharp otherwise. I also received the coding challenge a full 24 hours early, so that was a little weird and confusing.
