Began with a 30min phone interview, the following week there was a second interview with the supervisor and the manager of the department. That took about 30-45mins over zoom. The phone interview was great, zoom interview was okay. Didn’t really feel professional, and the manager seemed a bit annoyed that he had to do an interview. I asked a series of questions to see what the environment was like and they didn’t seem very welcoming or enthusiastic. I got an offer the same day as the second interview but I declined.
