I was interviewed through a staffing agency, where I had to come into their office, and make a video of myself. This was forwarded to the company and I was granted a phone interview. The questions were behavioral (but as I learned were scripted). Since I'm very good at this style of interviewing, I got the job without having to meet the company face-to-face.
