Colloquio
After applying I received a personality assessment and a virtual one way interview link. Both were simple and standard for all applicants.
My 2 friends who applied for the same role in different cities both received rejection emails within 24 hrs but I heard back a couple of weeks later from one of the district managers. He called me on a Friday and we played phone tag for a day or so before he finally texted me and asked if I was available to grab a coffee Tuesday and I said yes and he sent a interview invite to my email.
I was so used to doing interviews virtually so it was unexpected that my first round was in person over coffee. Kinda refreshing. Reminded me of the pre-covid days.
Anyways we met at a coffee shop for about 30 mins. Make sure you bring a couple of copies of your resume because he asked me if I had one on hand and was happy when I handed him one. We went over my resume work history and I just kinda walked him through my experience as it related to the role I applied for and I gave him my story on why I was looking. When I was done he walked me through the role and opened up for questions after that. I made sure I aked a few relevant questions, smiled, nodded and kept insisting the role sounded like a great fit.
He let me know right away at the end of the interview that he wanted to move me to the next step which was a panel interview via Microsoft Teams. He sent out an email and we did the panel the very next day.
There were 5 people on my panel interview. They consisted of District Managers (who directly manage the Sales Consultants) and a Regional Manager (manages district managers). They asked very standard STAR based questions so look up lilke the top 10 STAR questioins and have examples ready. Also they record the interview because they want all of the District Managers to see it so if someone wants you on their team they can interview you next.
The next day a different district manager who did not attend the virtual interview randomly called me and told me he watched my recorded panel interview and asked if I was open to grab a cup of coffee that afternoon. We met up for about 30 minutes. It was really just a vibe check. He wanted to see how hungry I was for the role and get to know me a little bit. when he was done telling me more about the role, the team and what he as a manager was looking for, he opened it up for some questions. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE RELEVANT QUESTIONS TO ASK THEM.
A few hours after we met up he called me and extended an verbal offer before the recruiter extended a formal offer that same day or the next morning, I cant remember.
They do verify your education, employment and drug test so do not lie on your resume.

Initial phone conversation with DSM, Then met with DSM to discuss the position before an official interview. Many scenario based questions with a round table of 5 interviewers. Average level of difficulty.

What challenges have you faced in the past and how was it solved.
There was an in-person meeting with direct manager at a coffee shop or restaurant and a panel interview online on teams with multiple managers. The process can vary depending on position you apply for and how you apply.
