I was scheduled for two phone interviews and never received a call from both times. The AI said to email the person on the text message. That is already a red flag for me and I bet their excuse is that they did call me but put the wrong area code which is what most companies have done many times. Very unprofessional. Do not schedule phone interviews if you will not call the candidate!
