Interview process got more than 1 month. This is the most worst interview process i've ever experience in my career. After shortlisted from technical interview, they asked me to submit my current salary slip (salary slip is a most confidential document) without any job offer. Employees are being misled by going through their communication patterns. In the middle of the interview process, they acted as job offer was already given to an employee but they have many chaos. I contacted them via given hotline, but it's always not responding. After few mail communications, they said that my resume on hold and not proceeding in this wave and get back to me in next wave. So again i applied to the same position, but right now they not going to accept any applications.
