Colloquio
Before any interviews, an online IQ test and behavioural test is conducted.
First interview is a behavioural interview with HR and a manager where the candidate’s personality type and characteristics are discussed.
Second interview is technical exploring knowledge in relevant frontend and backend technologies.
It was nice and on point. Very good interview about the right technologies. The interviewer was a very prepared person.
I think it was an interview very fit for the position. They asked relevant questions about things we actually use now in day to day work.
