Had a friendly call with HR which I thought went well. The woman I spoke with was very nice and easy to talk to. I felt that I had made a good impression, and at the end of the call she said I'd be hearing back within a couple days. Instead, I was ghosted. After a week passed, I reached out with a customary thank you email, and again did not receive a response.
