Recruiter spent all their time trying to sell me on the company and their "pyramid scheme" compensation model. Many 1-on-1 interviews held outside the office (never saw the office). Questions were generally easy. The leadership had something against their competitors and larger traditional consulting firms, at times had negative things to say (which weren't supported). Skill within the company seemed decent, but they were generally unpolished when it came to presentation. Couldn't really determine what they were looking for, they said they were picky, but it wasn't clear what the desired attributes were.
