Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.

About a hundred people were all brought to a hotel. We were given numbers and then brought in in groups for one on one interviews with senior staff who were set up at tables around the room. The questions were fairly standard, just stuff about past work experience and problem solving.

Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified
