Not stressful. The manager was nice. We sat in an office and went over my application. I was asked questions based on my application. The whole thing lasted about 30 minutes.

Had to go through several competency-based questions and scenario questions, e.g., what would you do in this scenario, etc. Questions were relatively straight-forward. There was then a paper 'exam' I had to fill out with similar questions, before being asked about my relevant experience and how much time I could commit.
