Filled in an application form and handed it in store. Received a phone call from the store asking me basic questions about previous customer service etc. If you pass this stage they invite you to the store to fill out a personality quiz which is quite straight forward. If you pass stage, immediately after you receive an informal interview. Similar questions are asked from the phone interview.

Nice interview, just a lot of questions which felt a bit much given the role however the interview it self was pretty chill and didnt feel stressful. Think it is a standardised booklet of questions

Friendly and casual conversations. Gives a bit of personal background before asking questions. Fast interview process, doesn't take very long around 10 to 15 minutes worst case it will take around 20 minutes I believe.
