I was asked to do a questionnaire that had approx 30 questions on. The questionnaire was multiple choice giving scenario questions and options on your approach. I was then asked to leave for ten minutes whilst they checked my answers and recalled in to do an interview with the supervisor and store manager.

How would you approach a customer with a complaint?
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.

The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.

Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified
