It was quite a relaxed interview process and environment. I was directed to a room with other applicants and we were asked to complete forms with basic information about ourselves. Then we were asked into a separate room for a one on one interview that lasted between 5-10 minutes, they made me feel comfortable and the questions weren't too intimidating.

The interview process is lengthy. There is an online application followed by an aptitude test. If you get the correct score on the aptitude test, you are then invited for an interview in the store.

The questions are normal interview questions that you would expect. Related to past jobs, how you would deal with customers and there are also some situational questions.

Store based interview, competency questions. Fairly relaxed. Interview conducted by a store manager or rising star. Overall, relatively easy but makes sure you read up about the company and express an interest in fast moving consumer goods
