Contacted me for an RST (retail selection test) a week after my application, interview one week later. 30-40 minutes, all questions based on previous customer service roles, difficult for someone with no experience as the questions all ask how you provided for customers. Took 2 1/2 weeks to hear back just to receive no feedback.

Nice interview, just a lot of questions which felt a bit much given the role however the interview it self was pretty chill and didnt feel stressful. Think it is a standardised booklet of questions

Friendly and casual conversations. Gives a bit of personal background before asking questions. Fast interview process, doesn't take very long around 10 to 15 minutes worst case it will take around 20 minutes I believe.
