I had asked for an application form in store and once I had completed that and handed in my cv I was called in 2 days later to do a retail exam. This was a written assessment in 2 parts. Once I completed that I was free to leave the building. Then a couple days later I was informed I did well enough on both parts of the assessment to be invited for an interview. The interview was when I was asked questions that were on a piece of paper by the manager. I was then informed that I had got the role a few days later.
