There are two stages.
First is a multiple choice test to assess your suitability for the company and the role.
Second is a relaxed individual discussion with a manager to get a feel for who you are.

Q: Describe a time you disagreed with a superior's instructions. How did you handle this?
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.

Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified

The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.
