They will invite you for a 1-1 interview and ask you a bunch of questions. But they most likely screen applicants based on your flexibility. So write down all your availability will be your best competitive advantage.
the interview was very relaxed, the questions asked were very typical of a retail role, asking about soft skills and why you would work there. the people were very friendly
