Straight forward, survey. Was told to fill this out and then based on survey results was seen to either start the job or leave. Then there was a one to one with the HR to discuss needs and motivation for the job.

it was quick and simple . There was a booklet with questions and the manager wrote down everything you said . You were able to tell them what days you were able to work and how many hours a week/ day

It was a solid but i didn't get a job. The manager wanted someone to work longer hours than i was able to. They didn't advertise the hours on the website
