Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.

Submitted CV in person and got called to an interview a few weeks later. A number of people showed up together. We were shown some things around the floor and some videos. We then had some aptitude tests and were interviewed one by one.

The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.
