I applied through the online system and got a call after 3 weeks. My interview was set for the next day and it was very chilled. We even sat in the park because the store has not opened yet. It was a new store in Germany. He was very kind and asked whether I have further questions. He explained the next steps and how the new store is going to be departed. He was also very understandable about the fact that I am a student. I can not complain about the Interview process.

Had to go through several competency-based questions and scenario questions, e.g., what would you do in this scenario, etc. Questions were relatively straight-forward. There was then a paper 'exam' I had to fill out with similar questions, before being asked about my relevant experience and how much time I could commit.
