The interview process was straightforward and focused. I was interviewed by one person, who asked me standard questions about my experience. Upon realising that I have extensive store management experience from another country, he primarily concentrated on persuading me to choose their company over the other organisations I had applied to.
Was a good in depth interview from the company where I was asked multiple questions about what i know about the company and their standards of teamwork. The questions were broken down simply.
The first stage after application was a Virtual pre screen assessment. This included a series of videos and questions to respond to. It is not too challenging if you have common sense.

The interview was relatively easy for this role and involved a variety of situational judgment questions as well as other questions regarding my CV and previous experiences, both paid and voluntary.
