Colloquio
First you must apply online via the careers link on tmobile.com. If you are a qualifying candidate, you will recieve a phone call from a hiring manager, then be directed to complete an online assessment. The assessment is mostly to make sure you have common sense and can process some pretty basic math skills. There are some personality based questions as well, such as, what would you do if, type of senarios. Then a hiring manager interview, then a store manager interview, and finally a district manager interview. All of these interviews are on different days and at different locations. All in all, I remember this taking about two weeks, but it was five years ago so it may have been quicker.

Colloquio
They didn't specify what they wanted, claiming a flexible schedule and really emphasizing hiring women, and the whole point is not to check all the boxes. I only asked for Sundays off, and they said they specifically needed me for those days. However, there was no indication in the application that they would specify this; otherwise, I wouldn't have applied. So, needless to say, I didn't get the job because I wasn't willing to compromise. I mean, if none of that matters to you, then I'm sure you can get the job.
