Very drawn out and slightly unorganized process which made it confusing at times. Communication is key. Interviews themselves were not hard. People are all very nice and willing to help.

There were 2 rounds of interviews. One phone call with recruiter and one phone call with hiring managers. Both were around 30 minutes long. Total time from application to decision was about 1 month.

Why are you interested in working in this department?
Nice interview, mostly behavioral questions that were pretty typical of the interview. The hiring manager was very interested in my experience and my work, which made the interview enjoyable. But overall questions were pretty straightforward, and using the star method was super helpful in answering questions.

I was given a phone interview first then it was followed by virtual panel interview on Webex a couple of weeks after. The panel interview was with members from my future team
