Staff that worked there seemed very sensitive when a customer had a complaint and took it personally. Why would you want to work somewhere if that's how they'll treat the customers? How will they treat you when you're working there and have a complaint about scheduling? Hard pass.

Over the phone quick easy. One with the TD and the current owner of the system, where we talked through the current state of affairs and what I'd do to fix it.
The second was with the Director of HR and the President, where we just had a conversation about values, culture, and what I was like as a person. They asked what my salary expectations were, I gave them my dream number.
