I applied online took test, got a email to schedule the phone interview, asked about my last job, tech support exeperance, why I wanted to join t-mobile, all star format. I passed the phone interview which means you get an in person interview schedule it two days later, went in went over resume, and some more interview questions don't remember what the were, did a skit they gave you a paper then call you on a phone and you needed to pretend you are the agent. asks questions think out of the box and be polite then they come back in let me go out and listen to calls on the floor. then they said thanks we call you in a few days , that day i go and email with background check, educations , and past jobs, a few days later i got a call they wanted to offer my a job but was awaiting to here back on the background, they go it the next day called and offered me a job starting two weeks later. I accepted the positions. the trainging was 8 weeks 9-6 30 min lunch two 15 min breaks in class training and then on the phone. we learned computer system as well as troubleshooting. then we were ranked at the end of training to see were we landed we were able to pick are shift on that . they gave us 15 sifts we were number 1-15 we picked they all sucked , there was 8 and 10 hr shifts.
