The process was fairly easy just not timely. I got the job according to my interviewer but never received info on my start date or any other details. The people seemed nice but after the interview there was no follow up.

Over the phone quick easy. One with the TD and the current owner of the system, where we talked through the current state of affairs and what I'd do to fix it.
The second was with the Director of HR and the President, where we just had a conversation about values, culture, and what I was like as a person. They asked what my salary expectations were, I gave them my dream number.
