Pretty easy and straight forward. I heard back from the store manager a week or two after applying to set up the initial interview. After the first interview, I had a call with the regional manager.

The interview was mostly conversational and focused on sales, communication skills, flexibility, and how I would handle customer interactions. They asked behavioral questions like describing a time I worked under pressure, handled a difficult customer, or adapted to changes at work. They also wanted to know how comfortable I was approaching customers and recommending products or services

The store manager will reach out to you to setup a phone interview. From there you will have a video interview. In the video interview it will usually be the store manager and the district manager.
