There was only one round of interviews. The interview was about 45 minutes (30 minutes of them asking you questions, 15 for your to ask questions). The interview wasn't very technical; I think they focus more on hiring people with the soft skills to grow rather than hard skills.

There were 2 rounds of interviews. One phone call with recruiter and one phone call with hiring managers. Both were around 30 minutes long. Total time from application to decision was about 1 month.

Why are you interested in working in this department?
Nice interview, mostly behavioral questions that were pretty typical of the interview. The hiring manager was very interested in my experience and my work, which made the interview enjoyable. But overall questions were pretty straightforward, and using the star method was super helpful in answering questions.

I was given a phone interview first then it was followed by virtual panel interview on Webex a couple of weeks after. The panel interview was with members from my future team
