Went pretty smooth was suppose to be two interviews but ended up being one since both managers were present at the time. Got hired on the spot. They were interested to see why you applied to tmobile and also wanted to know why you thought you were good for the position.

Over the phone quick easy. One with the TD and the current owner of the system, where we talked through the current state of affairs and what I'd do to fix it.
The second was with the Director of HR and the President, where we just had a conversation about values, culture, and what I was like as a person. They asked what my salary expectations were, I gave them my dream number.
