It was a two-stage interview process. Since I came through a vendor, the vendor had a technical interview for me on Business Intelligence (BI) fundamentals. I passed that one and was called onsite, where I met with the Hiring Manager, the Team Lead and 2 Senior Analysts. I was asked questions about my resume, the data warehousing project I worked on , the tools I used and my approach towards project and analysis situations. I needed to call the team lead to get into the interview area. When I called him, he did not answer and I had the security person escort me to the area. I thought this was very careless on the part of the interviewing company.
