Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso T-Mobile (Herndon, VA) nel mese di ago 2015
Colloquio
Going into the interview process and up to the final day I had a positive experience. What happened the final day turned everything on its side. The first step was a 40 minute phone interview which was very intense. It was mostly about my qualifications and history. I was then brought into the Herndon office to talk more and then do cold calls to real businesses to see how many appointments I could make. I was then contacted by phone by the Regional Manager of Sales who did another 30 minute phone interview which I thought went well. I was called in again to do one more follow up interview. This is where it got interesting. After the interview I was told that I was going to be offered the job and started HR paperwork. The next week I was called into a meeting with the Regional Manager and the Area Manager and was told on the spot that I did not have enough experience. NOTE: This was THREE weeks after the initial interview. While I was upset by the conduct, that changed nothing. I was not offered the job.

The interview went smooth and was straightforward. While getting more information about the role I could see it was not the right fit for me. Although the recruiter was informative and friendly

two interviews, one with a formal get to know you and one with a sales process. sales process revolved around a fake door knock with the objection of payroll. answered with a follow up meeting at a better time

It was very robotic and seemed like more of a test then a interview I would suggest definitely prepping as I was not ready for this type of interview format.
