30 min interview process on line with manager, lead Product Owner, and scrum master. Questions were not difficult and the answer can very. Lead Product Owner asked all the questions.

Was contacted by recruiter on email and they scheduled my interview with the team.
2 people - one Principal Engineer and one Sr. Product Owner joined the call. Questions were about my past experience, what I like and dont like about being a Product Owner, whether I have Workday experience (which was not a requisite for the role). It was a 30 mins interview and they were done asking questions in 12 mins. Rest of the time I asked questions about the product and the team.
I got a sense that they were disinterested in conducting the interview from the very beginning. I believe they had already selected someone for that role as the job posting went down that day itself after my interview.
Followed up with the recruiter several times, was ghosted and my application is not even declined in the system. So I have no idea what is going on there.
Very unprofessional and not expected from a well known, reputed company.
