Thought I bombed the interview but got a job offer in less than 24hrs later the interview was offered shortly after putting in application….So hiring process is pretty easy and quick but didn’t start training class until 6-7 weeks after job offer

The recorded video was different but fun, the time I applied before I had to do an assessment. I think this gives people a chance to show who they are and how they can add to the company! Skills can be learned but character is built!
