Phone interview from HR first followed by in-person interview with HR Manager and then Chief Engineer and some Design Engineers. Chief Engineer was provocative. Engineers were OK. Asked intriguing questions. Any racing experience will help, also technical detail. Lots of questions about detail of my previous projects.
