They use the START model, so if you're not familiar I highly recommend you brush up on it. Your answers are scored from 1-5 and you will be asked 5 questions. You won't know your score/they won't tell it to you, so you just need to make sure you're covering all the points in the START model. They're more concerned with your behaviors and thought process so be certain to talk through the "why" behind what you did in your interview answers.

What is an ethically questionable situation you were in and how did you handle it?
the interview was very quick. at the time I interviewed in early 2020, I had one phone screen and one in-person interview. they use the STAR method in the in-person interview.
The interview process was very straight forward. They asked question and would prefer that you answer questions using the STAR method. That way your answer clearly states step by step what you did.

Interview process was standard and my interviewer was very friendly and personal. We started off going over my resume and for some items she would ask more in depth. Then we went into situational questioning where it was conflict resolution with customers, co-workers and different scenarios that could take place in the work environement and how I would respond to them.
