You had to meet with approximately six different associates at the company. Each interview was about 20 to 30mins apart. Each person asks different types of questions from the basic interview questions to brain teasers.

I applied through the website to several positions. Then, I received an email about their interest and we set up a phone interview. The recruiter was very friendly and I enjoyed the process.

I had an initial interview through my university, and then they contacted me asking for an all-day interview. I did about 7 separate interviews in the one day they asked me to interview. It took them over a month for their customer service representative to finally email me saying that I had not gotten the job. When I attempted to correspond with the representative politely inquiring about other positions, I never received a response. The whole process took almost two months.
