I set up a phone interview with HR and was told my interviewer would call me--except when the time rolled around, he didn't. After thirty minutes of waiting for my phone to ring, I emailed HR explaining what happened and asked if we needed to reschedule. A week later, I still haven't heard from them. No explanation or apologies for the missed interview. Speaks volumes about how little this company respects job candidates. Now I kind of hope they don't respond to my email, because I have no desire to work with them anymore.
