T Rowe Price (TRP) uses behavior style interviews. Question like, "tell me about a time where you did XYZ" During 2nd round interviews, you will meet w/ several team members and other senior leaders. I was the top outside candidate however they decided to hire an internal candidate. TRP has a strong affinity for internal candidates. It's like going through gauntlet of interviews
