I was contacted by a recruiter asking if I would be interested in a job in recruiting. I had one phone interview followed by four in person interviews over the next t several weeks along with two assignments and a personality assessment.
I had a great connection with the first interviewer, but everyone else was condescending and treated me like I was a child (I am a 40 year old with over 20 years of relevant experience). At the end of the process they ghosted me after leading me on through emails and phone calls.
Terrible experience and if their real employee reviews are anything to go by, I am lucky the offer never came. Bullet dodged.
Very unprofessional. The CEO was extremely cold and behaved as though I was an interruption to her day. It was basically an interrogation versus an interview. I thought this may have been a misunderstanding on my end, however having worked there as long as I have now I see it wasnt.

They asked about work life balance and if I valued it. Looking back this is a joke as they do not believe in work life balance whatsoever.
