Upon applying, if chosen you will receive a phone interview. When I interviewed by phone, upon completion of the interview, I was offered an in-person interview, the following day or 2 days later. Upon completion of the in-person interview, I was offered the position, the following day.

Basic questions, not very formal but still professional. Asked open ended questions. I started seasonal then applied as a permanent full time staff. I accepted the offer because I did not want to job hop.
