I applied throudh college campus. There are 3 rounds and each round is an elimination round. Online Test, Technical interview and HR interview. Tata Elxsi conducts drive with atlease 5 colleges so, dont get too scared of the crowd.

They also take pre onboarding assessment whose cut off totally depends on business requirement.
